Baby's First Christmas

On Christmas Day Grandma Desri and Grandpa Tom visited and brought Maddie this fun Dog book that she really likes.

Bellevue Christmas Tradition

Above, we're at Red Robin fueling up for an evening at Snowflake Lane and Garden d'Lights in Bellevue. This was our third time attending. It's an every other year tradition for us. Snowflake lane is a little sidewalk street parade with a drumline dressed up as toy soldiers and fun holiday characters.

Garden d'Lights is a beautiful display at the Bellevue Botanical Gardens. They claim to have over a half million lights and over 150,000 visitors each December.

Frank's 40th Birthday Party

Mike's cousin, Frank, celebrated his 40th birthday with a Fiesta theme. We had a fun time and Maddie pulled off the sombrero look very well.

Maddie was very interested in all the presents. She's going to have fun in a couple of weeks at Christmas! If anyone needs a gift idea for Maddie, she loved that little learning puppy in the picture. She crawled away from us, in a big group of people, in a place she's never been before, to take that toy away from her new baby friend.

Leavenworth 2010

This was our 9th time in a row attending the Leavenworth Christmas Lighting Festival. It was fun being able to share this experience with Madison. We went through a few shops, picked out our annual ornament, ate a bratwurst with a brick of fries, and took home salt water taffy and kettle corn.
